Snowbound Writer’s Contest Entry Form

Submit a new form for each entry and ensure they meet all eligibility guidelines.

The formatting of your PDF file must meet the following guidelines for eligibility:

One cover sheet listing the entry you’re submitting, giving title and category (poetry/short story).
The author name must not appear on the actual entry; only on the cover page.
Material should be in black font, double-spaced, and have no background color.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) may be used as a tool for outlining or editing. However, entries must represent the writer’s unique voice and creative decisions rather than being generated using AI.
No artwork may be included.
Manuscripts will not be returned.
The Auburn Arts Commission may publish on its website and/or other media, which could affect eligibility for other contests.
